Tumbling Classes


Tumbling 1

A class for the beginner tumbler with little to no experience, the focus of the class is to improve strength and flexibility through a variety of gross motor skills. The main focus of the class is learning to execute cartwheels, round-offs, somersaults, hand-stands, back bends, and come-ups from back bends.

Must be at least 5 years old to join class.

 

Tumbling 2

Back bends and bend come ups are requirements to enter this class. Students in tumbling 2 learn to improve strength and flexibility through challenging tumbling skills. The focus of this class is to master front and back limbers, front and back walkovers, and back handsprings.

Must be placed in this class by an instructor.

 

Tumbling 3

An advanced tumbling class for students that have mastered front and back limbers, front and back walkovers, and back handsprings. The main focus for this class is learning to master more advanced tumbling skills, such as aerial cartwheels, back tucks, and other such skills.

Must be placed in this class by an instructor.
